I saw this problem firsthand working at a company that needed exactly what we build now: manual processes nobody had time to fix, breaking quietly as the business grew. Then I ran into the same thing again myself when I started DashPoint Analytics. That's the whole reason it exists, to fix the operational problems I kept running into, for other businesses facing the same thing.
